I followed the recipe exactly and served with pasta. I found the meatballs to be rather bland and will be adding more seasoning the next time I make these. Overall, a quick and easy meatball recipe that I will be making again.

Quick recipe, easy to follow. I have used multiple proteins with the same recipe, great every time!

I also use this recipe as a guide and throw a couple extra things: shallots, a few leaves of spinach and mushrooms. The mushrooms help from drying it out!

i used the recipe as a general guide but gave them my own twist with jalapenos and onions and served them in a luinguini with rose sauce

These meatballs are delicious and so easy to make I doubled the recipe and kept them in the refrigerator. My family has different work hours so they come in handy for all of us. They can be eaten plain with a salad or added to sauce. The whole family enjoyed them. I will make them again!
