- 2 naan bread (large pitas, or flatbreads)
- 4 cheeses (spreadable, I used spicy pepper-jack)
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce (chopped)
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup turkey (leftover)
- 3 strips bacon
- 1/2 cup mayo (regular, substitutes not recommended)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (I've used regular and low fat -- not too much difference in flavors)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Dips Mix
- 1 Tbsp. green onions (packed fresh)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. dried minced garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic)
- pepper (to taste)
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (NOT the entire can*)
- 1 cup buttermilk (or regular milk + 2 teaspoons lemon juice)
