- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 500 mL fresh chicken stock
- 300 grams cooked turkey (leftover, or chicken, meat shredded)
- 400 grams chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 lemon
- parsley ( Small bunch fresh flatleaf, roughly chopped)
