Really, quite a good turkey recipe. Watch the temp however, 375 is too hot, after an hour I reduced to 340 and tented with aluminum foil, turkey ended up taking 3.25 hours (pulled when thickest part of the breast was 160 and rested for 15 mins. that compound butter makes the meat & gravy AMAZING.
