- 1 clove garlic (chopped)

- 1/2 stalk celery (washed and halved)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil

- 2 pepper flakes (if desired, optional)
- 400 grams diced tomatoes
- 1/2 can water (I half fill the tomato can of water)
- 140 grams tuna (I use canned in water)
- 20 pitted olives (green or black, halved)
- 4 cups cooked rigatoni
