Description
Refreshing tuna and carrot wrap, served with coriander and Hellmann's mayonnaise.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 150 grams carrots (grated)
- 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 1 can tuna packed in water
- 100 grams iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- 4 tortillas (wheat)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon (or lime juice)

Directions
- Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for a few seconds
- Mix the mayonnnaise, carrots, lemon juice and coriander together.
- Spread the tortilla with a thin layer of the mixture.
- Place the lettuce on top.
- Roll the tortilla over to shape it into a "wrap", and serve.
