- 1/2 Tbsp. red chili powder (or cayenne powder, or to taste)
- 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 inch cinnamon stick (1)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp. lime juice (or to taste)
- 15 oz. fish (light tuna, reserve water from tuna in a bowl for use later)
- 1 onion (medium, finely chopped)
- 2 green chillies (1- ,finely chopped)
- 2 potatoes (boiled large white, crushed)
- 1 handful curry leaves (minced)
- 1 handful mint leaves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste (ginger, or 1/2 Tbs each separately)
- 1/2 lime juiced (medium, about 2-3 tsp)
- salt
- black pepper (a lot of)
