Description
Shallots, capers and dill really help to bring together a simple, but delicious, take on the classic sandwich filler. Surprisingly it's even better without the bread!
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- tuna (150g dry weight can)
- 4 Tbsp. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 2 tsp. juice (caper, /brine)
- shallot (medium, minced)
- 3 Tbsp. dill
- 1 head romaine lettuce

Directions
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl, season to taste with pepper (watch out for salt if using brined tuna).
- Spoon into whole leaves of romaine, wrap and eat!
