  • 2 cans tuna (in water, drained)
  • 1/2 cup corn (canned, drained)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • jalapeno peppers (to taste, finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (of the jalapeno peppers)

    Directions

    1. All the ingredients are stirred in a container until well integrated.
    2. For the boats we peel a cucumber and cut 2 cm slices. Thick, approx. Then with a teaspoon and very carefully we remove all the meat from the center, only leaving a thin layer at the end so that the feeling does not come out.
