    I made these the other day and they were so delish! I did not have any lemon zest so or chives/shallots/green onions. Instead, I used onions and green peppers and just did without the zest. I cooked them for myself and a friend. They loved them. Will definitely make again.

    I tried this recipe on a whim, and it has now become my favorite quick lunch. I used chia gel instead of egg (didn't have any), but it was still amazing!
