Excellent Recipe!!
Some modifications— To increase the protein levels, I used organic edamame-mung bean pasta instead of regular pasta (FYI— For anyone who hasn’t tried this pasta, it’s an excellent option, you’ll never taste the difference, though I definitely do not like it reheated/for leftovers.); added sliced/precooked mushrooms; added a dash of lemon juice and lemon zest; and added a dash of parmesan cheese.
