- 1 bag egg noodles (any width, I like No Yolks, for the taste)
- 1 yellow onion (medium sweet)
- 3 Tbsp. salted butter
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 8 oz. cheese (your choice, I use American, but you can also use Cheddar)
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 cans tuna (in water, drained)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

I really switched up the recipe. For veggies I used broccoli & corn. I didn't have egg noodles, so I used penne. I added no salt seasoning, too. I skipped the white pepper & added a smaller amt of black pepper. It turned out better than the other recipes I have tried over the years.
