  • 1 yellow onion (medium sweet)
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 8 ounces cheese (your choice, I use American, but you can also use Cheddar)

    I really switched up the recipe. For veggies I used broccoli & corn. I didn't have egg noodles, so I used penne. I added no salt seasoning, too. I skipped the white pepper & added a smaller amt of black pepper. It turned out better than the other recipes I have tried over the years.
