- 3 Tbsp. plain flour

- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)

I love the leek and corn. I did make it a stove top recipe adding cooked egg noodles. When spooning into a bowl, I layered the cheese and it came out well. Very flavorful dish and will make it again.
