Delicious we sautéed the mushrooms and then added a little of chicken stock to the mushrooms and of course a little heavier on the pArm cheese. A winner will make again

Yum forgot the truffle oil but was still awesome used fresh crimini mushrooms and just sautéed prior to making the rice
