Funny thing is, my husband bought trout thinking it was salmon. I’ve never cooked trout before and needed a recipe. The trout turned out amazing. I added capers and dill seasoning for extra flavor.

Delish. I also deglazed with white wine like another commentator. I had to cook trout in two batches so I removed each batch to a separate 12” covered pan heated gently (by steam in my case) which allowed them to finish perfectly.

Was very good. I deglazed the pan with white wine first before I started making the sauce. Turned out very well.

These instructions produced fish that was extremely dry and there wasn't enough of the lemon butter sauce. I liked the flavors very much but next time I'll modify the recipe.

Did not have Italian seasoning, didn’t take long to cook trout, did not let it rest and it was fine. Butter sauce cooked fast, cool pan a little first next time

Delicious! Taste buds do a " happy dance" to the lively lemon and garlic harmony. Garden fresh herbs enhance the flavors. All you have to do is catch the trout. It doesn't get better than this!

Tasty! Easy to fix and adjust seasonings to taste. Great way to prepare fisherman's fresh catch!

Yummy! I added capers and pan fried it the entire time and it was perfect! Tastes like a dish in a fine dining restaurant!
