Very tasty and something I definitely would have again. The sauce pairs very well with the fish.

Great steelhead receipe. Usually can count on a little extra as my wife doesn't typically finish the protein portion of the meals I fix, even when she says they are great. No extra for me tonight!

Great. Did not have capers and added parmigiana cheese and white wine to sauce. Delicious!

I doubled this recipe with a whole filet of stealhead; very bright flavor bc I added more lemon than necessary bc I love citrus

Very tasty and easy to prepare. I used a bit more lemon juice and capers. I would make it again. We used salmon.
