    The combination of the pineapples and the yogurt give this more of a sour taste than a sweet one. I suggest adding a lot less pineapple, more banana, and some honey. Make those enhancements and it'll take this from 2 stars to about 4. Also, I used Greek yogurt and that hydrated the oats just fine for me, just let it soak for some hours longer.
