I had to improvise because I wasn’t paying attention to the recipe directions. They turned out great. I mixed the granola in with the flour, baking powder etc.. Both sugars were added together at the same time and added about 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes. Didn’t make the granola pineapple juice topping. I topped them with toasted, sliced almonds.
