This is my go to recipe if I'm doing a pork tenderloin. Have made it several times and my husband loves it too.

Excellent! The flavor with gravy is truly outstanding. We followed the recipe exactly as written, using 2 lbs of pork tenderloin since that’s what was in the freezer, cooked the thawed roast for about 9.5 hours in the Crockpot. We plan to use this as an “entertaining” meal with a mashed potato casserole I usually pull out for Thanksgiving. I served with green beans (microwaved) and a Stovetop cornbread stuffing for a casual week night meal. But this pork deserved more fanfare than that. Next time it’ll get the full treatment!

Did instapot version, Great taste, good gravy. Infused some truffle oil into mashed potato side that paired perfectly. The 1/2 cup of drippings to add 3 tbs of corn starch to should be more like 3/4 cup IMHO. Basically made a paste that was more difficult than it should be to incorporate. Cheers

Turned out great. I opted to use the insta pot and followed the instructions. Very juicy and tender. Don’t skip searing the skin.
