    I added an extra 1/4 cup coconut flour so I could get a more dense bread like texture, which I think helped a lot. Triple coconut is a ton of coconut flavor and it needs something else, so I added lemon zest. The lemon and blueberry flavor is delicious and much better than just coconut flavor. I also used honey instead of coconut sugar. I'd definitely Make these again but not without the added citrus

    Coconut sugar is still sugar. Disappointed. You could have used applesauce or something istead of coconut sugar.
