- 1 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups Imperial Sugar (packed light brown)
- 1/2 cup Imperial Sugar (granulated)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks (I like Ghirardelli 60% Cacao baking bar, chopped about 1/4″ or so in size)
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (I like Guittard semi-sweet chips)
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (I like Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips)
- sea salt flakes (I like Maldon sea salt flakes, crushing the flakes between my fingers as I sprinkle)
