- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
- 2.5 oz. unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 1/4 cups strongly-brewed coffee (I used espresso powder dissolved in boiling water)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup low fat mayonnaise (if you use full-fat mayo, substitute regular milk for the half and half)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 oz. white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate (chopped, or 50% semisweet & 50% milk chocolate)
- 4 oz. unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup half and half (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (at room temperature)
