- 2 1/2 cups oat flour (3 cups oats blended into a fine flour)
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda (bicarb)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 4 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 125 grams dark chocolate (roughly chopped, I use Lindt 80% Dark Chocolate as it's dairy free)
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 200 mL coconut milk
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (grated)
