  • 1/2 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 3/4 ounces dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 3/4 ounces milk chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 3/4 ounces white chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 whole yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and line 5 baking sheets.
    2. In a large bowl, combine flours and sugars. Stir in butter, chocolates, eggs, and vanilla.
    3. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Arrange evenly on prepared trays, leaving 2 inch space between each cookie. Flatten slightly with palm of hand.
    4. Bake in 2 batches, for 10-15 mins each, until golden. Cool on baking sheets.
