My best friend was married to a man from Trinidad and she makes Pelau all of the time...this dish was EXCELLENT!! It was even more complex in flavor. My children ate it ALL in 2 days. Be sure to make the green seasoning, it’s easy and adds great flavor. I used more than 3 tablespoons though. Enjoy 😊
