- 170 grams nut butter (jar of your favourite, –mine is hazelnut)
- 180 grams medjool dates (stones removed and roughly chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. almond butter
- 75 mL filtered water
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 grams chocolate (bar Green & Black’s organic, 70% cocoa solids)
