    It was edible. I’m still new dabbling in making Indian cuisine. I’ve made a couple dishes so far, but this was... underwhelming, to put it nicely. Not a lot of flavor at all and I even doubled the curry, plus added extra garlic and ginger

    I love Indian Curry, and its a much lower calorie affair than Thai curry (which I also love). This recipe is perfect, I don't have access to an international food market so has to use the McCormick curry powder. Which is fine except it has a tendency to get a little bitter so I used sweet potatos in the curry to cut the bitterness. I needed to use up some baby bella mushrooms before they went bad, so those got added, and I also used chicken broth in place of water for the same reason as the mushrooms. We loved it, took no time to make and you can just add more water to the pan as the potatos soak up the liquid in cooking. Served it with a large handful of shredded spinach on top. Delicious!!

    The instructions on this recipe are a little confusing, but overall the concept is good. Based on the reviews I went with 2 tbsp curry and added some cayenne pepper as well. Pretty good but needed the additional kick.

    a few smalls corrections needed in recipe. However, with use of chicken stock (Knorr) in the water I love this curry. I also added peas.

    I followed the idea of it but had to increase the spices alot. Added onion and garlic powder with some chicken boulion and cyanne pepper. I used powder clove, just a pinch. A a small spoon of sour cream.

    Oh my gosh...we loved this! I put 2 Tbs of the curry paste it had some nice heat and put it over Jasmine rice....Happy Valentines Day! It was as good as any restaurant we’ve gone to plus it made my house smell wonderful!

    This was the WORST dish ever! Had no flavor - I doubled all the spices and added garlic and onion spice along with fresh. Tripled the curry. I wouldn’t waste your time making this.

    It was really good. The directions were vague in some aspects, but was able to work around that and still produce an awesome supper. The whole family loved it. I did add seeded jalapenos to the dish...and doubled the curry powder.

    Delicious!! Used curry spices and chicken buillon instead of the chicken curry spice recommended for the recipe. Added 1 additional table spoon of curry for a bold flavor (we love curry). Added 2 table spoon of greek yougurt and used 2 tablespoons of cornstarch diluted in very little water to thicken the sauce.

    Simple and easy chicken curry, full of flavor. I will definitely do it more often.

    Flavor is great. Add salt to adjust seasoning at end. Next time I want to blend the “curry paste” in food processor prior to adding chicken and tomato.
