This was pretty good. My kids liked it, which is quite the surprise. I personally thought it could have had a little more flavor. But i will put this on rotation in our meal plan. Give it a try, you might think differently.

The meat was really good. It is important that you pack it in to get the air pockets out for slicing. My oven took a little longer to cook.

Overall turned out pretty amazing. Nice texture and wonderful favors. I would definitely recommend more salt. I will make this again for sure.
