I could not stop thinking about this trifle. It tasted amazing. I used Brazil nuts (as I did not have any hazlenuts in the house) and used 1/4 honey instead of sugar, which worked a treat. I doubled the ‘sugar’ in the puree, as I used tart cooking apples. Delicious.
