- 1 yellow onion (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup tomatoes (baby, cut in half)
- 3 celery (ribs, sliced)
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. steak seasoning (blend, whatever you have on hand for bbqing, stir-frying, etc.)
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins is gluten free)
- 1/2 cup flour (for dredging, I used Pamela's Baking Mix)
