Made this today. I added strawberries to each layer because they were fresh and in season. Turned out yummy! Really good easy recipe.

Made as it say but substituted Pepperidge Farms Chessmen cookies. So good and easy.

I went by the directions and it turned out great. We don't like meringue, so left that step out, but the rest was delicious.
