- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 11 oz. mandarin orange segments (drained)
- 1/2 red onion (small, sliced)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. orange peel (finely shredded)
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar (OR cider vinegar)
- 1 tsp. sugar

Directions
- Toss salad greens, strawberries or orange sections and red onion in large salad bowl. For dressing, combine vegetable oil, orange peel, orange juice, vinegar and sugar in screw-top jar. Cover and shake well. Pour over salad greens mixture, tossing to coat.
- Serves 4 to 6.
