- 1/3 cup red onion (diced finely, or sliced and separated into rings)
- 6 bacon strips (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 avocados (large ripe, peeled and cubed)
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (torn, or more if desired)
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce (or, as desired)
