I think a more accurate name for this dish would be “soggy nachos,” which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. What sets this dish apart from nachos is the tomato sauce, which makes the meat moister and causes the tortilla chips to become a bit soggy, making it sort of resemble a pizza crust. Tasty though! I’d add more goodies if I made it again.

Loved this recipe made for a quick dinner seeing as I started late. It was quick easy to the point and very delicious. But as it says serve immediately. That’s if you like crispy chips.

It was great! I added some black beans, onions, and banana peppers and we really loved it
