- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chile flakes (dried, use more or less dependingon how much heat you like)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- olive oil (for the pan)
- 1/2 cup avocado (mashed, about 1 medium-large avocado)
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 3 slices avocado (and lime for garnish, optional)
