This isn’t Alfredo and it was clumpy. Flavors are close but otherwise a skip.

It was just okay, not anything to write home about. I did add alfredo sauce instead of only heavy cream along with some red pepper flakes and some Slap Yo Momma...those helped to bring a little more flavor. I may try this dish again but if I do, I would use grilled chicken instead of ham.
