- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional, but highly recommended)
- 2 tsp. garlic (dried, or 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 12 oz. cheese tortellini (frozen whole grain, or any tortellini you have on hand)
- 2 cups kale (frozen)
- grated Parmesan cheese (freshly, optional)
