It was really tasty and super easy to make! I substituted the heavy cream with 2/3 lowfat buttermilk and 1/3 oil. i also used Italian turkey sausage since we don't eat pork in our household. I didn't feel like a 3-5 min simmer was enough to get the kale tender so I did about 10 min. I definitely recommend this recipe 😊
