I made quite a few tweaks to the recipe, including sautéing shallots, garlic and prosciutto in olive oil and butter, which I then combined with the light cream and other ingredients. I then added salt, pepper, a touch of nutmeg, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Ultimately, I combined the cooked tortellini with the sauce in a stock pot, added the peas, cheese and additional seasoning. Then I served it.

Was missing something. Not bad but will tweak it with some other flavors next time.
