- 30 oz. white beans (cooked, cannellini beans, great northern beans, etc., drained, but not rinsed)
- 2 cups kale (loosely-packed, or sub. spinach or Swiss chard, rough stems removed and roughly chopped or torn into bite-sized pieces)
