I loved this salad! I had to improvise some ingredients with what I had at home but it turned out great all the same. I replaced the cilantro with spinach and the sumac with lemon zest. This will become one of my go to salads.

One of my favorite salads. Definitely a "go to" recipe for summer cookouts. The colors are vivid and the dish has a lot of flavor. I didn't have sumac, so I omitted it. Love this recipe!
