- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 green bell pepper (medium, and/or red bell peppers, cut into chunks)
- 1 onions (medium, sliced)
- 1 pkg. mushrooms (10 oz., quartered)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano (or thyme leaves, crushed)
- 2 cups Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce

Directions
- Season chicken, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning once. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add green peppers, mushrooms and onion to same skillet and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until mushrooms are golden. Add Pasta Sauce and oregano and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and return chicken to skillet.
- Simmer covered 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta topped with additional Pasta Sauce, heated.

i didn't use ragu but made my own tomato sauce and added both thyme and oregano and used black garlic salt on chicken breast. Both husband and I enjoyed it with some jasmine rice
