- 2 zucchini (small, diced)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)

- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (or coarse Kosher)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

I loved it! I didn’t have zucchini so I used leftover broccoli instead I also added some fresh basil at the end

Delicious! I did cheat and buy a prepared pie dough. I also added mushrooms. So simple and easy to make, also very filling. The next time I make it I will do the dough from scratch and I think in addition to the mushrooms I’ll add spinach.

This recipe is fantastic! I also added two sticks of celery to mine and used a combo of orange and red perino tomatoes. It's such an addictive dish, my whole family wanted seconds, and I love that it's so filling on its own.

This recipe is wonderful, tastes amazing! It's also something that is relatively quick and easy to make after a long day at work. I served with a green salad on the side. Be sure to use good Parmesan cheese, it makes all the difference.

This recipe was truly delicious. I used pizza dough instead of a pie crust and it came out just perfect.

I thought this was delicious, I used a store bought frozen pie crust and followed all ingredients and added the rest of my basil/tomato feta I had left, (probably less than a 1/4 cup). Baked about 35 mins on 400.
