Really nice I used cherry tomatoes and baby cucumbers for a little extra sweetness. Could be dressed up with whatever you like really, maybe a balsamic vinaigrette with a pinch of sugar would go well

This is a great basic salad that is easily customized to compliment just about any meal. I generally add a little red onion or radishes to enhance the flavor and peppers cuz I love them. Sub basil for cilantro, balsamic for lime ...add in some fresh mozzarella and you have a nice Caprese salad...or sub mint and wine vinegar or yogurt toss in some feta and you're Greek... Many more combos available...have fun exploring and making this your own.

My sisters decided to all stop by with their daughters for an unexpected sister party, giving me about 30 minutes notice. I whipped this up in about 5 minutes. Everybody loved it! Perfect side dish to sandwiches.

I’ve made this salad twice now and each time I had to doctor it up. Even with the freshest tomatoes, it lacks flavor. I was able to enjoy by adding wine vinegar and onions each time. This last time, I chopped up and added stale dinner rolls to the wet mess that was left over and that was especially tasty. Either way, following the directions and not improvising results in a bland, forgettable salad

Turned out great. I ran out of cilantro and used dill weed instead. Love a nice veggie salad

This was bland and boring. I let it marinate over night and there is no depth in the flavor profile. I ended up adding white wine and a some additional herbs to bring out the flavors more. But as is, I’ll never use this recipe again.

Sounds great,nice and simple.Have'nt tried it yet but when I do I'm going to throw in some finely grated cheese.

Yummy! I tweaked it a little bit, instead of oil ( I'm on a detox cleanse) I used apple cider vinegar and I added crush red peppers

This had the potential to be a great fresh salad, but it's missing something. Perhaps more salt, or another spice?

I diced a quarter cup of red onions very finely and added. Kept the rest of the recipe as stated. Very delicious. Pot luck at church and it was a hit.

It was delicious and I added avocado for a bit of extra texture! :) Next time I will also add some onions for more flavor variety.

I added inion and that was perfekt. Fresh yogurt is also an idea, but I prefer that with pressed garlic in it.
