It was incredibly easy to make and the perfect side on a hot day. It tastes even better the next day after all the flavors melded together.
I used basil since I have a plant and that worked out well.

I added 2 tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar, one cup of cubed Feta Cheese and a handful of sliced Pitted Black Kalamata Olives to the mix. It was delicious!

It turned out good, I feel it is missing something though. I used lime olive oil and Himalayan salt, sea salt and cracked pepper but still think I could add something. I think tomorrow when I eat it I will add some fresh mozzarella cheese to it.

Glad I made it! My husband isn't a big tomato fan and he LOVED this!
I let it sit till the next day and I think that was the ticket. I also used flavored oil from an Italian restaurant. Thanks a bunch!

I’m happy I made it.... Very refreshing! I used parsley instead of cilantro due to personal preference and it was still good! Next time I make it I will add some vinegar instead of salt to switch it up... I added a little pasta for Pai, he liked it too! 💕

Definitely added to my yums! Mixed with boiled yakisoba noodles. Super tasty & refreshing.

I skipped the olive oil, wasn’t missed at all. Used seasoned salt and Badia Complete Seasoning. Light and refreshing!

Tastes great! I did add some red onion just because I had some on hand, but it was yummy even before. :)

Was so delicious and fresh! I, myself, am not a huge pepper fan so I would recommend removing the pepper for a lighter taste, but overall an amazing recipe! 😄

I loved the lime flavor I didn’t have cilantro, so I made it with parsley Next time, I think cilantro would be better

It was easy to make. I omitted the cilantro & added a little bit of parsley & basil.

i added about a. cup of shredded chicken. and i used the whole lime. this was so delicious and flavor wise- very satisfying. it tasted like summer, the cilantro was perfect! better than it looks! i wonder if strawberries and maybe a little granola will be a good addition?! this is also my first time posting a review, it was that good!

This was delicious, however I added a few ingredients to mine. I added 1/2 onion diced and a teaspoon of minced garlic. It was like salsa with cucumbers!! Yummy!!
