Description
I saw this recipe in an issue of Woman's World Weekly, and thought it would be perfect for a fun appetizer. I modified some of the ingredients, and made it my own. I think this would be perfect as a starter for any spring time celebration or anytime.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1 container grape tomatoes (washed)
- 5 oz. Boursin cheese (container, with Herbs)
- 3 oz. goat cheese (log of plain)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh tarragon (minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh chives (chopped)
- 2 green onions (sliced lengthwise into four sections)

Directions
- Cream the cheeses together and add the chopped chives and tarragon. Place into a piping bag and set aside.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut a small slice off of the stem end, then cut a cross into the blossom end, almost all the way through. Remove the seeds with a small spoon or just squeeze out the seeds.
- Pipe the cheese into the cut out on the tomato.
