- 1 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp. green onion (finely chopped)

Directions
- Mix oil, vinegar and tarragon in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Arrange overlapping slices of tomato on serving platter. Spoon dressing evenly over top. Sprinkle with Seasoning, blue cheese and green onion.
