- 500 grams flour
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 14 grams dried yeast
- 50 mL olive oil
- 3 tomatoes (cut in rounds)
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- salt

Directions
- Mix the flour, granulated garlic, yeast and a teaspoon of salt. Make a well in the middle.
- Mix 320 ml of lukewarm water with olive oil. Add the liquid in the well, using a fork stir to lightly combine the ingredients.
- Using a wooden spoon or your hands knead the dough for a about 10 min, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
