I couldn’t find fresh basil so I had to use a paste which of course had oil in it, so mine probably didn’t taste exactly like the recipe. Regardless, it was very good. I personally will cut back on the vinegar next time as I thought it was a bit overpowering, but that’s just my taste. I used this as a pizza sauce on my cauliflower crust and it was delicious. I saved 1/2 for my fish dinner tomorrow night.
