- 1 cup small tomato (Medley or Cherry/Grape Tomatoes)
- 2 zucchini (preferably smaller/young, sliced)
- 4 oz. shrimps (per person, cleaned)
- 1/2 Tbsp. meyer lemon (Lemon juice)
- 1 pinch sea salt (and ground black pepper)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped + for garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. pesto (Tomato)
