Came out great! It's tasty enough to eat as it's own dish (which I did) but could also be a great side dish.
I had some difficulty cutting out portions from the pan because the bread pieces all melded together. Also, it could've used more seasoning or herbs like rosemary or thyme (which I'll be adding next time I make this). Besides that, I would recommend this dish!
